Default Throttle cable bracket ID ??!

A friend has sent me a few pics to try and ID. He is parting out a 79 Trans Am with a 403 Olds, or thought he was.

Firstly, it's had an engine swap, a lot of the gear visible is 80's 307 Olds, still has the 403 blue covers, still not confirmed what the engine under it actually is!

Anyway, the throttle cable cable bracket was another mystery, I haven't seen it in this style on the 80's 307 Olds, it doesn't mount on the rear of carb bolts, but the intake, and it is stacked almost vertically. It also has no offset of the mounts so perhaps a 200-4R / 700-4R overdrive application, but so far haven't seen one.

Any ideas?
