Default almost back together

Hi, I can't seem to find a picture or direction for the the intake manifold. I have a 65 gto with an after market 4 barrel manifold took it a part along time ago now I don't remember how it goes back togather. Everything is pretty basic except where the manifold sets in place a round porton the intake fits into the back of the timing chain slash water pump housing. Don't remember if a o ring goes inside , felpro gaskets but no direction. Any body know?
Thanks

Definitely there's a flat O-ring seal in the front. Use a thin smear of sealant on it.

Place the intake on the engine with both gaskets and the front O-ring seal in place.

Put all the bolts in but don't tighten them down, just very lightly snug.

Fully tighten the one front bolt that seals the O-ring first, then tighten all of the other 10 bolts holding the manifold to the heads.

I highly recommend using a little anti-seize on the front O-ring bolt threads.

A round rubber gasket does go between the timing cover and the intake- some suggest that you use a bit of RTV on this gasket. Install the intake bolts snug, but not tight. Then, tighten the timing cover to intake bolt to spec- what you're trying to accomplish here is to draw the intake to the timing cover so that a seal is created where they meet(this is why the intake bolts are not torqued at this stage). If not done in this order, you will have the common green puddle on your valley pan.

After torqueing the timing cover bolt you finish the assembly by torqueing the intake bolts in a spiral sequence.

yes must use rtv gasket on the O-ring. Mine was old an wornout, it would always weep a little coolant out and pool up on my valley pan. Installed a new water crossover and used RTV gasket on the O-ring and WAH-LA.
