Any fellow pontiac dudes tried the System 1 oil filter....

I'm wondering if its worth the $$ to get,and if theirs any problems....

I have one also. Very nice filter. get some extra O-rings with it.

I also have one, just wash out with solvent and blow dry with air.

Yep, I have one too.

Only problem is that it's slightly larger diameter than a regular filter which makes getting it out between the headers and frame a big PITA as I have to unscrew the endcap and dump oil all over everything.

Maybe I should just dimple the header pipe?

I've posted on this and other boards about the merits of the System One filter so often that people likely think I work for them, lol! To sum it up, best $80.00 - $90.00 a guy can spend on his rod or race car.
