SSBC Rear Calipers on 69 Lemans- need brake hoses
My recently acquired 69 Lemans has SSBC 2242 calipers in the rear and they are installed on the wrong side so the bleeder points down. I’m looking to replace the brake hoses and they are odd, the mounting point for the hoses have a bleeder in addition to the bleeder in the body of the caliper.
Does anyone know the part number for the rear brake hoses using these calipers?

If finding what you need already made up does not pan out, just note that most any auto parts store or tuck parts store that can make up hydraulic hoses like for plows and such can also make you up brake hoses .
Just bring them in a example of what you need so they can see the ends and then tell them what the overall length is that you need.

"I" would contact SSBC. But what they provided for the previous owner maybe won't work if the calipers are swapped so the bleeders are "up". You're probably "on your own" to find something with the proper ends and length. And THEN, you'll maybe have issues with the park brake cables.
Aftermarket rear disc brakes are so often screwed-up. Lazy design/engineering, poor workmanship, outright mistakes. |

Thanks - I should have called them first. Tech support was closed but the fella who answered the phone said to call him tomorrow to discuss the hoses which are not an over the counter item. Also, I located what may be instructions to the kit on Summit Racing website and it does indicate the parking brake cable needs to be at the top for the A-body application which puts the bleeders in the caliper body down low and one uses the banjo bolt bleeders instead (page 2). The weird thing is the diagram within the same instructions shows the parking brake on the bottom (pages 6,7):
