My mistake - It was a 70 Judge RAM AIR IV 400/412 owned by Mark Weymouth -- he has run a 12.21 @ 115.13 mph- only Pontiac to Qualify for the Quick 8 in FAST--Factory stock class.
He runs the 041 cam -12.13 compression - 750 Quadrajet-110 fuel.
Oliver Rods-- Factory exhaust manifolds etc.

Are you thinking of Bruno Beltrame from Canada? I met Mr Beltrame yesterday at Lebanon Valley, we had a talk about his cars, nice person he is. He had his 69 T/A with a ram-4 and 4-speed there but he had carb problems and he didn't do well but he was having fun.

He also owns that 69 ram-4 gto that blew the doors off the other cars when he won The Super Musclecar Showdown on speedchannel.

He and his 69 gto are in the shootout in HPP July 08.

Bruno Beltrane of canada has been as quick as 12 teens back in '06. It was Englishtown in november..perfect conditions. Bruno races a 1969 GTO RAIV in Factory Stock (FAST came from factory stock). It is a green car though not a Judge. It won Dream Car garage's Super Car shootout a couple of yrs ago.

This year Bruno has debuted a 1969 Trans Am RAIV... Running 12.60's. I hear he will be at VMP this year with a Mark Weymouth FAST motor in the car.Looking forward to it.

Yes-- Bruno's GTO sure showed them what Pontiac power could do.

Not having my car to race sucks. Looks like it was a great weekend though. Congrats on the new bests! Maybe I will still make VMP.

I also should mention that Chuck Lombardi from RI was running well in his F/S 1973 SD Formula 4 Speed- 12.44 @ 112.6 MPH. The car not only runs great but is as clean as any car on the show field- it's incredible.

My own car, while nowhere near as fast as the top guys, did run it's best ever run at an official F.A.S.T. event. 13.400 @ 102 with a 1.94 60 foot. All weekend I was running against John Suess in his '69 Hurst/Olds 455. Our cars were so closely matched that we tried to line up against each other even for the qualifying runs. I think we ran each other 8 or 9 times over 2 days with almost every race being won by a fender or less.
Great Time Jerermy, that convertible really moves.
