Default 1959 Pontiac distributor

While looking for something else I came across this on my shelf. I cleaned it up and am amazed how good of condition it's in. No side slop, turns freely, advance weights and springs move nice and the pins aren't worn at all. The vacuum advance even still works! What's this this worth?

$50 to $75.

Not particularly desirable nor in demand. I managed to find one for my 1959 389, I traded a run of the mill used HEI distributor to get it.

Toss it on Ebay with your description and see what you can get. 59's are kinda rare so not a huge demand but if someone needs a good distributor, they'll pay for it.

It will work in almost every Pontiac V8 ever made. It would be good for someone wanting to convert from a 1955-56 to a later points style distributor.
