Don't know that one, but the specs look good.

I'd try richening more to see what it does.

With the problem being on lower gears that sounds more like a fuel flow problem.

Is your gas tank vented properly?
(make sure some spider didn't make a nest in vent tube)

I can double check the vent to make sure nothing is blocking it. Vent is going from top of fuel cell and exiting out trunk floor
