Default Misc GM parts questions ???

I have a few parts around here I am trying to ID.

First is a metal trim plate that has the number 9723828 on the back. I am not coming up with anything for that number in my usual resources.

2nd is a Delco AM radio that mounts vertically instead of horizontally. I didn't see any numbers on it when I first looked at it. I'm going to try to dig it back out and check again in the next day or two.

3rd is a piece of plastic interior trim, possibly for around a seat belt or the end of the seat track. I also am not coming up with anything for that number, 3447792.

4th is a red lens for the idiot lights. It says PT-6492794 on the back.

I'll get pictures of 3 and 4 in a day or two.
Any help identifying this stuff would certainly be appreciated.

Also, I have a bumper and brackets for a 1940 Pontiac that needs replated but appears to be pretty straight. Any ideas what this is worth?

Here is a picture of the parts 3 and 4. The blue piece turned out to have the Pentastar on it when I cleaned the back side a little more.

OG68 recognized the radio.
Does anybody have ideas about the other pieces?
