Default Bachman Turner

Yahoo, As me and my gal are concert junkies we are looking foreward to this concert. We happen to be friends with the Bachmans and scored to tics to their concert here on Thursday nite. The only way in, is to win tics, or by invite. Small venue and as it is close to where Randy lives it should be a dynamite concert. We`re gonna be sitting with some of the Bachmans. Seen Randy play many times, but I think they will turn it up a notch as it is a private party. His nephew told us they will be doing all the B.T.O. hits. Also heard that maybe just maybe the 2 missing founding members will get up and do a few songs, Hmmm I`ll be sitting with one of the founding members so I know they will be there.

Wow! Congrats, sounds like a great night!

I'm not sure why his son, Tal Bachman, only released 2 albums in the past 10 years (1999 & 2004). I thought the kid was pretty talented, and I think Bob Rock produced his debut LP. He had a couple pretty big hits, but seems like he doesn't record too much.

On second thought, don't bring up family, just tell Randy...

Thanks for the music.

Old post, but I thought some would like to see BTO play at this year's Grey Cup halftime show (Canadian Super Bowl). The sound gets MUCH better at 1:55, just at the end of "Roll On Down The Highway".

Funny, most of the big acts that play halftime shows now just lip-sync their way through. Not these guys. Looks like it's freezing cold too, they're in winter coats, with gloves on, which fits their image very well! Hard to play chords with gloves on, and you can't feel your fingers.
