Looking at Edelbrocks RPM intakes I notice they cut down the divider on the Chevy RPM intakes.
Why isn't the Pontiac divider cut down like the rest of the RPM's?
I'm thinking of cutting mine down...last year I ran a 1" open spacer. This time around I'm running a ram air set up thats been channeled 1-1/2" down to clear the hood on my gto. Opions cut it or not??

Only problem with cutting out/down the divider is it's hard to reverse the modification.

Use a 1/4 inch open spacer.
