I am planning on switching my corporate powered 85' bird over to true Pontiac powered Pontiac. The car is a stock style engine bay and there isn't any companys that make a header that fits this setup... The engine I am planning on doing will be make between 600hp and 700hp with no spray. So I need a large tubbed header either a D port or round port. Im probably going to use D-port heads on my first setup but switch to an E head down the road. If anybody knows of header that will fit in this setup PLEASE let me know.

Check Indian Adventures, I think they offer one or MadDog Headers

I bought mine used from a guy that said they came from a SS racer. 2" tubes and fit nice but required some cutting and boxing on the sub.

Indian Adventures . Also the Headman shorty headers as well as factory Ram Air manifolds work well.
