Default Scott Brace

Scott Brace who owns Brace Performance I bought a pair of 1968 number 16 heads from. He swore up and down how I could just bolt them on and use them. Hell, he quoted me a shipping cost then doubled it after I send the money. And when I asked him to just cancel the deal, I never got any reply from him. After I finally send the extra 160 dollars he shipped the heads. But it turned out they were not bolt on ready. Worn out valve guides and when I got them magged before the shop was going to rebuild them one was cracked right between the valves. I guess I should have searched the web with his name before dealing with him. I see his name in here from someone else who got took.

Bad experience here also. Bought some vent window assemblies advertised for 64/65 A-body in very good condition. Ended up with a pair of 66 assemblies that were totally rusted out... buyer beware!
