If anyone's interested in the car, I have a correctly coded '70 455 for it.

st louis county is south st louis...its metro...just the south side...its basically the 55/270 area at the Jefferson county line..i grew up there..i probably know the guy..

basically the residents call diff sections diff names...ya have North County, South COunty and West county they all surround the City..then ya have East St Louis, which is actually Illinois,,confused?

Didn't see a hood, radiator support, shifter and ..... other type things.
If an NOS hood and support are in the deal - its worth its price in black metal parts.

The fenders are prob good for 3-4k + on the right week.
Looks like Hdtp NOS quarters were grafted.

Be a good parts car/shell to bring back a 70 JVert from the dead.
If nothing else... at minimum.

Looks like the scarecrow from The Wizard of Oz.

"She took off my arms & she threw them over there!"

Voodoo green, white top & sandlewood interior. Not bad.
