Which brand of Rockers
I'm replacing my Comp Cams roller tips with full rollers, I'm looking at Crane Energizers, Scorpion and Harland Sharps. All priced within my budget. Any thoughts on one brand over the other?
Mostly street but will get to the strip eventually. 1.65 ratio Thanks |

Are you interested in selling the roller tips.

I have PRW stainless steel 1.65 roller rockers- for what you would pay for aluminum rockers you can have stronger stainless steel, but you have to get over the fact that they're made in China (some people have a problem with that ). And they are well built.

I recommend harland sharps for the fact that I have 1.65s with 8000 + street miles and hundreds of runs between 11.37-11.70 . With 2 + years on a .600 + lift solid roller cam with .016-.018 of lash beating them and there still running with no problems

I also run Harland Sharps but in 1.50 ratio w/ Hydraulic Roller cam shaft. No issues so far. Nice quiet valvetrain too.

Yank,
I used to recommend the HS. They're good rockers. Scorpion is a much better rocker, IMO. Had we known Dan when he bought those HS, we would have recommended Scorpion. They're a bit "thicker" where it counts. Not nearly as much "deflection". Good life. Made in USA. What's not to like? Jim |

I've got somewhere around 15K miles on my Harland Sharps.

I too would recommend Scorpions, running 1.65's with .640 lift solid roller, no problems.
