70 Alternator Adjusting Screws/Bolts?
In the picture above from the assembly manual, there are two bolts screws that adjust/mount the alternator. Mon that page they are labeled #20, which is # 274474, Screw 5/16-18 x 7/8” Hex. I searched AMK, but they do not list part number 274474. In the pic above I think the 4 pieces on the right would be correct because the point on the end could make them referred to as a “screw”. I searched the forum after I started this thread. Should have done that first...
Anyway I found a thread for 71’s that showed a both with a flanged head and was like a built in washer. Not like the captured washers I posted above. The underside of the flange has hash marks to help the bolt bite into the bracket. I found two in my bolt box like this: Looking for a confirmation please. Again thanks in advance!
