I think it did turn out good, the paint must have some pearl effect in it, I did not manage to take any picture of it but with the right light and angle it looks just like copper, the grains in the paint just disappare

Anyways , now the fun starts, the body and frame will be mated tomorrow.

No worries about the trailer, it is good for 2500 Kg/5000 + lbs of load, the reason for using the Mercedes is that it has a great turning radius and the road up to my place is kind of nasty, and it has 200 something Hp and 4x4 no problem

Beautiful!

I must admit that seeing pics of your car and Mike's GT-37 have "turned" me from a Sundance Orange guy to a Canyon Copper lover! What a gorgeous color!

No need for embarrasment Espen - we all sit and stare sometimes. Watching yours and Mike's cars finally coming together has been a real treat. I've sent Paul Stewart an email telling him he needs to check out the progress on his old car and show us some progress photos on his 'cuda.

Yes, we all do it. Let's not forget that goofy movie a couple years back with George Clooney.

This is one of the best threads I've ever seen. The progress has been very helpful in driving me into working on my car and it looks like the finished product will be amazing.
Very nice work Loffen, if mine comes out half as nice as yours I'll be happy.

Loffen,
Could you do a right hand side of the engine pic? I would appreciate it. I have some of DJ's T-37 years ago but more would help. Thanks in advance.

Really like the CC. Looking forward to more pics.
