To do this with 446ci, stock suspension @ 3800lbs, and carter afb carbs. Just amazing!
Almost forgot, this is on drag radials.

Very nice! I think just about anyone would love to have that car. Those wheels look really nice on that car too, hard to find the the right wheels for a 66 a lot of the times

I haven't seen Mike Davis on here for a while, what did his car go.. I wish i have known about that event at Commerce i would have gone. TinInjun how did the firebird run up there? I meant to talk to at the BOP yesterday and didn't get a chance to,the firebird is sounded good.

Mike is having problems getting logged in here.
His car was running right on his index of 10.50. He did have to add some weight and pull some timing out of it to slow it down. I didn't fair so well. It was first time out with the car, had no clue what it was going to run. Only got one T&T run then we went to qualifying. Got it down to a 11.62 & 115.53 during eliminations. That didn't cut it as I was running the 11.50 index.
Driving to the show Saturday I kept smelling something funny, like wood burning. Couldn't figure out what it was until I left the show and the GEN light came on. Alternator had a complete meltdown.
