I thought you guys were all about fair races? Set your boost to same level I run:zero and bolt some mini spares on (275 radials) and I think Id have a pretty good chance.

Real close racing is all about parity just like any sport. Sugar Ray never called Ali out, little league teams don't play MLB teams. Thats why there are different classes in NHRA, yes your car is faster than mine by more than a little bit. But John Force could probably beat you shutting off after 60'.

Don't get me wrong I think your car is one of the coolest out there, I am very impressed especially because its a Pontiac with aluminum copies of factory heads.

We'd love to see you make it. If kinsler is not a fair match up there a PROMOD blower 74 Gto that would be a good race. Blue and white. You won't be able to miss it. Lol

In boxing the common practice is to cut weight to the max allowed for the class under your "walking weight", that way you may add the water weight back over 24 hrs and possibly fight a smaller opponent. If a fighter has a bad "cut" and looses too much water weight he runs out of energy and gets beat in later rounds.

When you get up to the big boys the weight classes encompass a larger allowable weight.

for example
n Olympic-style amateur boxing the weight divisions for men are:

light flyweight, not more than 108 pounds (49 kg)
flyweight, 115 pounds (52 kg)
bantamweight, 123 pounds (56 kg)
lightweight, 132 pounds (60 kg)
light welterweight, 141 pounds (64 kg)
welterweight, 152 pounds (69 kg)
middleweight, 165 pounds (75 kg)
light heavyweight, 178 pounds (81 kg)
heavyweight, 201 pounds (91 kg)
super heavyweight, any weight over 201 pounds (91 kg)

Muhammad Ali vs. Joe Frazier
The Greatest Smokin' Joe
Tale of the tape
Louisville, Kentucky From Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
48–2 (35 KO) Pre-fight record 32–2 (27 KO)
6 ft 3 in (1.91 m) Height 5 ft 11.5 in (1.82 m)
224 lb (102 kg) Weight 215 lb (98 kg)[1]

joe was lighter and shorter but if he wanted the belt....well tuff chit he had to fight anyway

SEEMS I HAVE THE BELT> and you want it so man up or quit crying.

And for the record the only ones that are all about fair are women and democrats!

I have the belt, I purchased it from John Bailey. The MPH and weight are documented and verified. You're not there yet, all you have is claims.

Was was born Feb 26 1964 when Clay defeated Liston

I am so confused by this thread...

1st guy comes on and says "my car is badass!"

2nd guy comes along and says "OK, let's race!"

1st guy then spends the rest of the thread trying to avoid racing 2nd guy?
