Default NEED HELP ! Carter carb, Identify part number ?

Can someone knowledgeable with 1965-1966 Carter carbs help identifying a carb with the following stamps ?

Cast # on carb body is '1565'

Cast # on carb top (bowl) is '1694'

Cast #1565 (stamped #1737 underneith, next to throttle bore) and cast #1694 was used for 1965 Pontiac Carter AFB´s.
You´ll need to find the stamped #´s on the venturi clusters, primary and secondary, throttle side and choke side, to be 100% sure what application.
