Rotating Assembly
I see that Molnar does not make 3.25 strokers.
Is Ohio crank the next best choice? Can you get any dish you need or are there standard dish cc's you "just"have to work with? It will probably be: 4.18x x 4.25 - 72cc al. heads. TIA. |

Are you building to a hp level that calls for a steel crank?

I think I would go with a Scat crank. My experience is that the finished machining is closer to specs than the Ohio cranks

In 2018 the Crower 4.250" billet crank in my current 505 engine developed a crack. To replace it I bought a SCAT 4340 FORGED STEEL STANDARD WEIGHT CRANKSHAFT thru Paul Knippen. Good service and great price.
No issues or special prep necessary for installation. .
