It's a great track. New, clean and laid back. Lot of good ole' boys and some deep pockets as well. Lot of innocent ***** talking and call outs. Oh yea...and they love Pontiacs

Skip,

No, these are taking place at Houston Motorsports Park, on the east side of the Beltway, a couple-miles inside the beltway. Its between I-59 and hwy-90.

They have one scheduled for this Saturday, but I have plans and it looks like it will rain. If they reschedule for Sunday, I may run in this one. I won $100 (2nd place in class) in the last one I ran in :-)

im not sure what the rules are.but im guessing factory style suspention, any motor, single carb any cast aluminum intake, any heads,& up to 2 power adders.on 325 radials.the race will happen but the promotor has alot on his plate right now.i'll see the guy this weekend and talk to him and get some more info and post back.more than likely it will be 1/8 mile racing. unless he sets it up at houston raceway park, baytown texas.witch is a 1/4 mile track.
