I guess everyone has different thoughts about "all original" but to me it should mean the car hasn't been modified in any way. I don't think one repaint in 54 years takes away from the car at all so long as it was repainted in its original color. It would be difficult for a car to be all original if you literally expected it to be all original, that would mean original belts, hoses, tires, wiper blades etc.
