Hi Paul,

Hope all is well with you and yours.

Coming along really nice. One question for you. I see in one of the photos you provided that there is a hose going from the passenger side valve cover around back, is this "Tee'd" into the PCV valve or to a vacuum pump or a header pipe ? what gives ? am curious. Love the color combination (interior, exterior / top) of the car too.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving Paul.

Hello Tim,

Everything is good here on the home front and thanks for asking! I hope the same for you all. Hose....PCV in the valve cover and the other end to the intake. This how I received it from P-Dude.

Hope you guys have a great Thanksgiving!!!!

How close are you? If you buy something else will you end up doing the same thing to it? I drove mine to the gas station and back home the day after I got it. I have been working on it since then. It has been almost 4 years now and I will be lucky if I get it done by this time next year. But, it will be done and I can say I did a lot of it.
Think long and hard about it 'cause once it's gone you won't get it back!

Get her running, might just be what you need to keep going. A P-Dude motor to terrorize the ford and dodge boys will be worth the wait. Drop top GTO's are as good as it gets and yours is an A-1 example.

Yep, get it running and you'll change your mind. Either that or a bunch of us will paying you a visit to change your mind. LOL

BTW... there's only one thing better than a 67 droptop. And that's a 66 droptop.

Amen to that brother. Had a guy offer us $50k for my mom's original owner 66' and turned him down for that very reason.

Well I did get to hear her run and see her move under her own power last Saturday. I must say that P-Dude built 535 sounds pretty sweet through 3" exhaust!!!

That alone will keep you going. There's nothing like the sound of that Tiger under the hood purrring. And it's growl is pretty cool too.

Default Update......

Not much has changed!!! However, I do plan on picking the car up the week of Thanksgiving. It will be painted but I will be finishing the car, such as.....interior, installing all the bright work, bumpers and glass. Just want to get the car home....even if I don't work on it...it's home!!!!
