That Pontiac sure can hurt some feelings. Congratulations to our own Brand X and team.
You can skip to the races if you don’t like the rap music in the intro. https://youtu.be/HYhDdC7yNxM |

I was at the event, which over-all wasn't as good as last year, but still really good compared to other events. Didn't have time to see about meeting Chief, it's busy when you're doing well. It was certainly great to see him get the win.
By the end of round 2, it wasn't really "no prep" any longer. Bandimere's surface is just too good and it was taking rubber well. DA through most of the day was around 8600 ft, but the final rounds did come later and it had come down a bit.

IIRC the Vixen has a procharged BAE Hemi and Kye runs a 959 Musi along with all
those PLR engines he beat. That plate is perfect. EHTTFMF |

Chief chopped down the tree against the Vixen. From my vantage point it looked like Vixen was coming strong at the end but didn’t have enough real estate to get around Chief. That may not have been the case though as my vantage was half way between the 60 and 330 foot mark. Robin’s Firebird seemed to be running well, but when I talked to Brian they weren’t happy with it. They fell to Lizzie in round 1. Incredibly nice guys as well. They made my nephews day with a t-shirt, probably solidified another Pontiac fan.

He got whopped up on when he ran Mikes Mustang. Sometimes in a race things fall your way......still counts! Good Job!

Sometimes you are as big an ass as some people say. Why the backhanded compliment of good job when you start with the comment about getting whopped on? Then say sometimes things fall your way like its all luck. Its disrespectful

Lol....great post. Those exhibition runs are for data. BC won the entire event. He made more use of the run than Mike M did....so unofficially BC got a win in that round.

FWIW, the grudge races in the morning weren't really a shining star for most of the racers. A few good runs, but over-all a lot of pedaling, slow runs and a couple catastrophic malfunctions.
The grudge races were supposed to be Friday night, but heavy rains came through and prevented that. This did make a very green track at the beginning of the day. And yes, the track had clearly been scraped prior to the start of the event on Friday the 6th as well. They scrapped the first 330 feet. Both Eric Bayne and Shawn Willhoit lunched their engines. Bayne on the starting line and Willhoit just past the 330.
