I purchased some Speed Pro L2262F30 as partial set of 6, then found 2 more to complete the set... then I noticed there were differences between the two groups:
1) The side shape of the skirt is different between the old set and the new
2) There is a center hole machined into the tops of the two replacements vs. the smooth tops on the old pistons
3) I haven't weighed them yet, but has anyone heard of weight differences between older TRW/SP's and the newer stuff?

Thanks!

Put the two different ones on the same journal and run them as is. Any minor weight difference won't make a difference unless you plan on spinning it at 8K
