I can tell you that picture was taken in June 2001 at the Pontiac Summer National show in Dallas. It is on top of the hotel parking garage. I could watch them shooting cars after the show from my room.

Judging by the amount of security, it doesn't look like a very nice part of town...



Nice pic, Jeff. There's really nothing in there that would indicate it's not a "vintage" photo, other than the phone maybe.
