1942 poncho 8
hay guys,
just wanted to show ya the pre 60's poncho im currently working on. its a lill rough roiund the edges, but as it stands, i have 1100 in the whole car, including purchace! not too bad, it has a pontiac 350 out of a 76 bird, th350 out of the same the guy that had it before me ruined it with a chevy 350, and jag IRS and front disc brakes, i might keep the brakes, but the rearend has to go!!! what would you guys do? thought of a few things, 8.2 BOP with a 2.56 gear and using the triangulated 4 bar, mabe a 8.2 with a custom 4 link later i may want to bag it, so i kinda wanna set it up like that, so all i have to do is insert bags.. any suggestions? pics @ http://www.lemanz.net/1942.htm Brian

Neat car! Nothing wrong with a Jag rear end if it was installed correctly, but if you're taking it out you should be able to get a good price for it.
Are those Mercedes-Benz on the front? |
