Sure there are kits you can buy to make them but without a collector your throwing power away.

I wonder how much power the top fuel cars are throwing away

If a Top Fuel car had a collector, I bet it would melt.

Lol!
They don't even know how much power there making since it's such a emense number!
Last I heard was anywhere from 8500 to 10,000 hp.

It's quite a thrill to be track side when one goes by making a pass and the SPL wants to push in your chest and knock you off the bench!

Todays fuel cars are claiming 11,000.
I think they would destroy a collector. Definitely throw off the downforce. If they worked, they’d use them.

When you tune like they do for a 400 rpm wide power band you don’t need a collector

That experience is one I had to witness to understand. Nothing else comes close.

I was talking to Mike Neff at Charlotte in 2017. He said if you did a fuel consumption to potential horse power comparison 13000 HP was there.

i probably wont make 1000 hp with my blown 434.....so it may just be that fender exits are as exotic as its going to get....although....i still think zoomies would be cool af

A forced induction drag engine does not need a collector. ZOOMIES RULE!
