Default Is this a Pontiac wheel?

Hi folks I'm new to this forum and this is my first post.I just bought a 1970 Lemans sport convert. about 2 weeks ago. I've been browsing these pages looking at many.many pictures of Lemans. I've yet to see one with the wheels that I have. I hope that these aren't an Olds wheel with a pontiac center cap thrown on. I've attached a pic of the wheel ,but its not so great(it was imported from a website)
Any info would be greatly appreciated

Thanks,
Bob

Yes, those rims are Oldsmobile Cutlass rims that were used from 1983-1987. If those are the 15" version (1983-1987 H/O, 442 and Delta 88), you can sell them very easily to an Oldsmobile hobbyist. The 14" versions are not as desirable.

Wheel size 14" x 6"
Lug patter 4-3/4

If you want a more muscular look to fill the wheelwells, you may want to go with the 14" x 7" Rally II. Keep in mind if you stay with a 14" rim, modern day radial tires give your car a lower stance than the 14" bias ply tires that originally came on your car when new. Although not original to your '70 Lemans, I recommend the 15" x 7" Rally IIs. The car will look more aggressive and you will have a larger selection of modern day 15" radial tires to choose from.

Default Finding Rally II's.

Check some junkyards, forums, or (gulp) ebay. 14's & 15's available. None of the GTO's had 15's. Firebirds and Grand Prix's did. Bolt pattern is 4 3/4" 5-lug. Some Rally II's were even on '86 to '88 Firebirds (3rd Gen F-bodies). Also, some of the Grand Prix from '78-'83. Use the GTO4door's picture as a reference/guide. With the salvage yards, that would depend where you live.

With used wheels, be sure to examine the tapered holes where the lug nuts seat, they get goofed up easily, requiring the use on non-stock type lug nuts.

Default Pic of my Pontiac with Olds wheels

Here are pics of the Lemans sport that I recently bought. I have to admit the wheels look pretty good. The car has many miles on it, but the interior, body and ragtop are in very good shape. I plan on replacing those wheels with some Pontiac wheels. I saw some on EBAY. Will these fit on my car? Item #270198399678. I'm new to the world of old Pontiacs but I'm learning quickly. What do they call the color of that interior?

Sounds fair to me. Is the body all solid original metal that you know of?
Like I said earlier, cool wheels, very classy, but NAH...have Olds written all over them.
A nice set of 15" rally II's with RE trim rings will set the stance.
Great looking car. You done good!

The body is solid all original metal that I know of. However, I'm not a body guy.For that price it works for me. I'm going to replace those wheel with 15" Rally II's. I then will sell those Olds wheels on ebay. I've seen them for sale for as much as 660.00.They are solid chrome wheels, not wheels with chrome rings.

Just a quick reminder. No Ralley II wheels had chrome on the wheels. Buick, chebby and Olds had their similar versions but all had chrome on the wheels. Only Pontiac, as far as GM wheels are concerned, had all painted wheels. Some unknowing people think they all look the same and are the same. Not true.
Beautiful car.

I'm obviously a novice at this. What was KITCH428m21 referring to when he mentioned 15" rally II's with RE trim rings?
