Default Using the 69 69 RAM Air flapper assembly with 67 400 hood

I have a 67 Firebird 400 that I've installed RAM Air on (Open scoops, upper and lower hood pans, carb pan and foam seals. I pickup a flapper assembly for a 69 bird and was wondering if anyone out here has successfully mated them together and what kind of brackets you had to fabricate and what problems you encountered installing them. Unfortunately the scoops are made from "pot" metal so I can't weld anything to them to create a bracket to mount the scoop flappers.

Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Brian
