It's great he has saved all of those Cobras.... mostly in their original condition.
And I'm glad I got to meet Carroll Shelby back in 2002 at Lime Rock and got to shake his hand... twice. The second time, I didn't have to pay to do it. Back then it only cost $30.00 to meet him and get his autograph. An original Cobra is the only classic car I've ever had the real desire to own. And that goes all the way back to 1962 when I first saw the magazine Park had in his hand with the yellow Cobra on the cover. I wish I still had it today.

When Nicole started El Cid and the 427 Cobra, they were the highlights of the video. I've always dreamt of driving a 427. But she did it with such finesse. And Linda Vaughn was the first woman to drive it. Next time I see "little" Linda I'll have to ask her about it.
