Actually the engine would be the base '70 A/F body 400 manual trans code WT. In the GTO rated @ 350 gross HP.

In a '70 non GTO A-body, the optional 400 4bbl engine is rated @ 330 hp, no matter whether the car was optioned w the manual trans WT engine (with 12's), or w the Turbo 400 equip small valve XV coded 400.

Several years ago, managed to look over this GT-37 at the final Land of Lakes Musclecar Classic show.
Real shame to see that show come to an end.

Def a rare GT-37, but it's going to take more than quality metal work & paint to get this Sierra yellow '70 to even a #2 condition. In the GT-37 Survey, have little over a dozen of the 400 manual trans '70 GT-37's acounted for.

Informally, was counting your '70. Wasn't sure if you still had it. Never wrote down the VIN or trim code.
Test my memory here, Veduro Green 400 3spd, am betting an Arlington build?
