Great color combo! (Shouldn't have covered that part on PHS).

Matching vin on motor for a WW is very rare, and documentation is sweet plus optioned right.

No surprises with a unrestored car that still has it PHS stuff there.

But, no mention of original carb in ad, and one that is shown is thought to be for a RA III?

Never seen this one before, one like it sold for over 100K a while back.

Seller seems to have know what hes got and can see another in background

Do you restore or clean up? This is a tweener....70K-90K IMHO

Very interesting car. What percentage of RAIV cars still have their original blocks? The parchment and hood tach are cool too.

Tom, I think you're right. I would trust what it has stated is OEM too. So, nobody is stealing it...

Mike,
I was wondering the same thing. I thought the 7029273 was usually for RAIV...?

Truly awesome car, though, regardless!

The 270/273 were used on both RA III and RA IV.

But the 273 would be for the manual transmission, 270 is for Automatics.

That's a neat car! I would just clean it up and drive it. Anyone can have a restored car. Will be interesting to see how much it goes for.

Drag racing. An adrenalin rush like no other. It felt like going into combat, tasting your first beer, and losing you virginity, all in about 8 seconds.

I would drive it the way it is and pretend I have no clue what it really is, just to make some people crazy.
