My IV Judge was one of the earliest ones built, have a day one picture of it right after it was unloaded from the transport, silver grills.

Grills were not blacked out, still have the original silver paint on them.

I know the car was inspected yellow chalk marks on the inner fender well, and data plate has a number 2 stamped into it.

My car was just done wrong, just like a lot of women have done to me, besides what the hell do I know????????????

46,400.00 so far. Even if it doesn't have the correct carb. I still like it!

Drag racing. An adrenalin rush like no other. It felt like going into combat, tasting your first beer, and losing you virginity, all in about 8 seconds.

just for my own info, on the pic of the EUN, isn't it normally straight, why does the first and last number appear to be out of line? Just curious as I always thought it was stamped straight.

Paul, Thats because Ram IV engines were pulled off the assy line and hand stamped just like they did to the casting number when they drilled it for 4 bolt mains. That looks totally correct to me.
Thats your Green Grocer "Tip of the day"

Probably, EUN looks like something most people never saw before... An original 69 OEM WW.

This is why I don't understand why anyone would pay a lot of money for a engine that they don't know the history of that engine or even if they do.

This is also why everyone that has a iv car still has the original engine in the car. Their are a few and some people have went to great lengths to reunite the engine back to the car and that is dedication.

One thing you can count on is unless you was the person at that factory putting on that part no one can say that they didn't do it like that, what they can say it should be like this ....
We all can learn a lot for cars like this. I enjoy learning as much as I can. Thank PY for this place where we do just that.
Enjoy your cars and drive them. Isn't that what its all about.

Have a great day.
