Default initial setting for dbl adjustable rear shocks?

Swapping old rancho single adjust shocks for viking dbl adjust. Was looking for assistance in initial settings. I currently run rear shocks on 4. Car 3200lbs, 30x9 slick, PG transbrake 3000 launch, 1.36 60" w/ 4.10 rear. run coilovers w/ dbl adjustable in front.
Just looking for starting point to begin with. Thanks

I would assume the factory sets them roughly in the middle on both settings.
I would just make a pass under full power and see what the car does.
Then adjust from there. If you need to adjust, do 2 clicks at a time.
Watch the 60 and 330. They will tell you if you are going in the right direction.
Also, make sure the slicks are set correctly. You should have little to no wrinkles when you launch.

I would set them toward the stiff side and make a series of increasing length passes until car has proven itself stable decelerating and accelerating. First time out with my Gto I nearlynwrappped it around a telephone pole because the shocks were full loose out of the box. When I let off from about 70 car went into severe wiggle. In addition to shocks being loose it had big Hoosier street tires that may have needed some
More air pressure. It was all new to me I got lucky. I suggest erring on the conservative side for a few passes

I've not run Viking shocks. My AXO's have been ok so far. I have Santuff's on the list to change when I get some time. Check out Santuff's site, they have good information on where to set things up initially.

If you have a video of your car leaving I'd be happy to help with the initial set up. I'm sure Viking can help as well.

Thanks guys for help. Just noticed last evening that the shock body hits the Calvert spring clamps bracket. Not sure if caltrac bars lower spring/shock mount plate is different from stock. I compared my old calvert Rancho springs and it’ seems to have a longer modified lower mount. I have an old set of shock extensions I can try if no solutions from calvert or Viking. I just want to check shock extension w and without adapter. Surprisingly Rancho shocks are 6lbs each and Vikings are only 3 lbs
