Mail delivery issues
OK Venting here
Is anyone else getting monthly bills late? After the due dates? I don’t do any account transactions on line or have auto pays set up due to being hacked once. The postal service is Screwing everything up! 😡 last week I just got my Dec Bill from Verizon, they added interest and late fees to the tune of $145. Today I got my January bill that was due on the 25th which means it’s now late again!! There’s no post mark on the envelopes to prove it. You try and call and are on hold for an hour. Then there’s nothing in the prompter to get help, absolutely ridiculous!! My bill is not the same every month so I cannot pre pay it. Other monthly bills have been affected as well that could give us a bad credit report the postal service should be held accountable IMO. Anyone else having mail delivery issues that affect your bills? And what recourse is there if any?
