Default Getting ready for dyno testing

I'm getting ready to put my street build 400/442 on the dyno. Combo is as follows;
400 block bored to 4.193, 4” stroke crank, Ross flat top pistons, 6X heads flow 265 on intake @28”, small Lunati Voodoo hyd roller 219/227, w/1.65 rockers, stock length forged rods, 9.0:1 static compression
Since I will only have so many pulls to do my tests I don't think I will have time for more than 10 pulls, I plan to run the following tests;

1. Factory iron manifold modified by Dave B. with Cliff 750 Q-jet and RA/HO exhaust manifolds (I will be running the RA/HO manifolds on the car no headers)
2. Same as above but with 1” open spacer under Q-jet carb
3. Same as above but with headers to see how much power I'm loosing with the exhaust manifolds
4. Install Tomahawk intake with Q-jet (headers remain)
5. Same as above but with Holley 80508 vacuum secondary 750 cfm (headers remain)
6. Same as above but with Holley 4780 2765 800 cfm double pumper (headers remain)
7. Same as above but with Quick Fuel QF 8562 850 cfm (headers remain)
8. Same as above but add ½” spacer under carb, using the best performing carb
9. Install Performer RPM manifold and use best performing carb from previous testing (headers remain)
10. Remove headers and re-install exhaust manifolds with best performing set-up from previous testing

I am open for suggestions on my testing plan

Anyone want to predict max torque @ RPM and max HP @ RPM

I like all the testing except for the carb tests..one pull for each won't be a true comparison

As brought up in another thread. Make sure the dyno operator makes full pulls thru the entire RPM range up to, and thru, where the engine makes its peak power.

Agree. Wouldn't multiple runs on each carb be needed in order to figure out the jetting that each one likes the most?

I am paying for one day of testing. I'm not sure how many pulls we can get in a day changing parts and all. Of course if the carb is running rich or lean I suppose I should re-jet then repeat just trying to get the best combo with one day of testing.
