Default Prefilter for EFI

The Sniper master kit comes with two filters, a 100 micron for before the pump and a 10 micron for the head unit. I am not using the inline pump because I only bought the basic kit. I have an intank pump from Tanks so I don’t need the 100 micron filter do I? Woukd rather not plumb two filters if I don’t have too.

No, you don't need both. The in tank pump should have a filter on it. Just use your 10 micron.

Agree, and the intake filtered EFI fuel Pump, even with the smaller 255 Liter Per Hour fuel flow capability should work fine for your project.
A lot of the modern EFI pumps from Tanks, Inc are able to use the 15% Ethanol/ Gasoline Fuel sold at the pumps and live for years.
