The reason I posted this in the street section is there are some members who primarily hang out in the street section who;s input I enjoy reading. Even if I have to put up with one particular person. If it goes in the Race Section less people see it and its pump gas so I put it here.
Cliff, FJ , Sirottica and several others hang out here. Jay S had some really good stuff early on in this thread. Slowbird is a pump gas guy, Stan had some nice input and Paul gave me the been there and done that, it will work and that is what I was after. Let me know before you can make over 700 HP with a non fully ported Victor in a 461 too.
Its Whitmores last block, even though I had to finish it. I intend on boring it out again someday and I do not want anything to happen to it.

I should have been more clear - I was questioning the responses, not you. It made sense to put it in the Street section, but others are apparently intent on turning it into some sort of high end, no bars held race engine.
