Wanted: 2001 T/A driver's side seat trim piece (ebony)

Does anyone have this plastic, seat panel that goes on the driver's side seat and houses the control switches? The underside mounting tabs are broken on mine. The car is a 2001 WS-6 T/A and the interior color is ebony (black).
