Default Short block machine work in Arizona?

I have been out of action for over 10 years, but would finally like to have my block worked on and rotating assembly balanced. Well it seems like all the Pontiac specialist machine shops that I knew of in the Phoenix area are gone, and so is AZ Crankshaft and a certain forum member both in Tucson are also out of business?

What is my closest option worth sending a good 400 block and 15 yr old Scat crank to for a mild blower build ~ 700hp?
