Driving home now. Made 782 peak horsepower at 6400 RPM. 684 tq at 5300. This motor should live a happy life on the street. Forgot to mention in the original post that I also upgraded to Crower bushed lifters over the previous Comp needle bearing pos.

565 - 1.45 HP per cubic inch
520 - 1.507 HP per cubic inch For having different rings and no vacuum pump that is an increase in efficiency.

Nice numbers there Brad.
John pointed out the VE change. I'd say it's possible to meet/exceed the 565's 820 HP if pump and rings were same AND some refinements to move the peak to 7000.(cam, header refinements perhaps?) CV1TTF!
