A little closure to this post. Machine shop confirmed this flywheel was neutral balanced. Decided to go ahead and tear down the motor to check it over. Surprised to find a Comp hydraulic roller cam in it. On the negative side, it has cast Sealed Power pistons and stock rods. The original post is now a moot point since I'm going to upgrade to some decent h beam rods and forged pistons. Being anal and the fact it's already apart, time to upgrade and rebalance. Guessing this engine was more of a stock rebuild and the heads and cam were added later in its life. Thanks for all of the replies.
