I need some tips on restoring a formula wheel. What materials should I use?

Not an easy wheel to save! Some guys have just used vinyl paint applying in multiple layers to eliminate the cracks. This process may require MANY applications. The wheel will never look totally original. You may also want to contact Garys Classics,
garysclassics@airmail.net I believe they still restore those wheels.
