Hmmmm,
Not a Norwood FB where the T/As & Sprints, and up-scale Camaros came out. Automatic, not a 4-Speed, so no Walnut knob. Black vinyl, not Leather (Tan) so the Deluxe interior is only that much so. Has a history, but has been stripped to bare metal, so the history has "been removed" Having had a few 1969 Firebirds, I'd pay $55,000 and hope it runs low12's or better, and hope it can handle like an intentionally set-up F-body. |

when I ask this, I am in NO WAY trying to discredit this car, I just never read or heard. how did they attribute this car to being the actual one? reason I ask, there is a guy who has been telling me for a few years about a guy he knows who owns the silver prototype t/a and has paperwork from day one to prove it. I have never seen the paperwork but this guy says he has. did they make more than one of them???

I say 590,000 bucks, greenbacks, dead presidents, cabbage, dockets, sheckles, quids, lead, and cold hard cash.

Just want to remind people what the Banshee went for a few years back... when everyone thought it was going to go for mega bucks!
It was just a little over $200K. BTW, that was a silver car too.

So far there have been 73 bids with three duplicates. 29% put this car in the 100-200,000 price range.
My bid is $408,733.

I'll go 625K. Some of the estimates I've seen here are so low I wonder if they would cover the cost of the restoration investment.

If Ron Pratt is not buying it, I would say $789,000.

I would take a wild guess at $210,000.
By the way do some know that bids have to be either $1,000 or $500 increments? No such bids of less than $100. such bid accepted as $313,313.13. Guess some do not watch many auctions. I also noticed several duplicate bids. Wonder how that would be determined? First posted I expect. |

You my friend are funny!!! It is more likely that we all watch auctions than not. A bid (such as mine) of 326,421 gives me a good chance at 326,000 or 327,000 or anywhere around that number. Closest wins in this deal, does not have to be dead on
P.S. at the amount this is likely to go for, I would think that it will be $5000 increments.
