Had a speadbore many years ago but never tried it. Did some trading with Larry Navarro, not sure if he still has it.

Do the spreadbores work well?

I'm not to sure but if your running Super Stock it would make it correct when running factory style carb I was told.

I know where one is at right now. The guy has had it for so many years. Last time I asked him he had no idea what is is worth. It just sits on a shelf in his garage.

A buddy of mine sold one to Arnie B. several years ago. I am sure Arnie still has it. Another buddy of mine has one hanging on the wall in his garage. He had that and a Nash 4 speed in his Firebird. A lot of hardcore Pontiac racers used Nash products back in the day.

Don't ever have a engine compartment fire with one of those Magnesium ones on the motor!

Nice find though!

I believe that notch is on both sides to clear linkage.

If you've never heard of gibbsbrand penetrating oil to preserve magnesium parts here is a good article. My uncle has the magnesium tunnel ram.
