69 Firebird with an odd color scheme at $26K BIN in Texas.

69 GTO with Hideaways in NM at $30K NR. One of the worst ads I've ever seen. It may be champagne, but I can't tell?

Worst of all he describes it as a '69 Firebird. I think the seller may have been drinking.

The phrase It's only original once comes to mind with a car like this. 1971 Firebird Esprit with 45K original miles at $37.5K OBO in Illinois. That "OBO" leaves the door open to make any offer, and sometimes those offers hit when the car has been for sale for some time. The radio has bet cut, but looks stock otherwise. Too bad the interior isn't brown, cause that would look really sharp.

I used to work with a guy that had that exact car but with white top and interior. I always liked it. I still owned my first GTO at the time.

Sharp combination. I like the fact that the dash radio was left intact and the console was hacked. A much easier fix.

That's it to a Tee. I said the interior was white but that cream color is what it was...and it actually was a Formula now that I think on it...I remember the 'Formula '400' badges and being a little taken back that he had the same engine as me in the Goat. It was quick too.

Let's just say you wanted to drive a stick every now and again, but all your cars were automatics. A 2006 Solstice convertible like this would be a fun car IMO. $12K BIN in NY with 76K miles.

1980 YellowBird in Las Vegas at $1K with a reserve. But wait, there more. Hidden underneath is a staunch looking LS2 6.0Liter V8. I wanted to hate it initially, but I don't at all. What a classic.

If the radio hole has been cut can it be un-cut by welding in donor piece?

LS2's did not come with cable throttles or trans TV cables... LS2's are DBW Gen IV's - this is a Gen III truck 6.0 (tall intake), maybe even a 5.3

typical Gateway.

That Yellowbird graphic just screams 1980 Machismo.

So how much HP is an engine like this? It can't be just the engine, so I assume the transmission has been upgraded too. To me, it's the perfect sleeper. I bet it's pretty fast.

This is what I think it is, unless it is a 5.3...

It could even be bolted to a 700R4 1983-89 vintage to get the speedo to work.

67 GTO NR in NC at $1600. That hole in the bottom of the driver's door jamb is enough to scare me off.

70 GTO in SD at $9500 NR. Originally a 455HO, there's no engine/trans and not much more than the shell. Way too much missing.
