I am placing this in THIS column because I had someone that wanted it and he contacted me through this page. I lost his Email and haven't heard from him in a while. Hopefully he will see this if you still want it. I need to get it out of my back yard now and would like to see if anyone has any use for it. There is basically nothing left but the title. No rear, engine, glass, front end, interior, chrome, tail panel. Just a rusted frame and the totally rusted shell. The doors, fenders and around the winshields are junk. No trunk or hood. I have the title and sent away for the build sheet ect from Pontiac. It was black with red int. The repro window sticker list the options as SAF-T-TRACK-HD, RALLY IIs, push button radio[I don't know if it was orginal but it had a 67 GTO AM/FM], TACHOMETER-RALLY GUAGE, SPRINGS & SHOCKS & HANDELING, REAR SPEAKER, REAR CENTER BELT, 4 SPEED and 400 4BBL HD MAN ENG WS. I also found the builder sheet under the back seat. If interested, please don't ask if it has this or that, it has nothing. Some of the hardware is lying around in it hnad has good brake cables. Come with a roll back and it is yours. I live a few miles west of Valley Forge, Pa. Approx 1/2 hr N.W. of Philly. GO PHILLIES!

Blackdiamond,

What kind of condition is your build sheet in? If it's readable, could you post an image of it?

Thanks, Ric

I haven't looked at this paper work for a while. I thought it had a build sheet but I guess it is more like an interior color combo or something? It is approx 7" x 3" and is rough but has "9 FR6454 24217 225-B D 2LR 5M". I was contacted by the person that was orginally interested and he says he wants it but if anyone else is interested, keep this in mind and email me after next weekend, just incase there is a change of plans and he is no longer interested. I do have another person interested also amd he would be next in line, but it never hurts to to have backups just incase.

Karl
That car is everything you said.
I have never seen so much bondo & fiberglass cloth in a "Restored" car in all the years I've been in the business. The entire front trunk section & the inner wheel wells were almost entirely made of fiberglass cloth. Someone went to great lenghts to cover all the rust. Some places the bondo was over 1/4" thick.
Sorry you got stuck with it, but it will have a happy home for at least 2 cars in progress. Thanks for the PHS folder, it will come in handy
Thanks, Ron

Hey Ron.
Just glad someone could use it rather than toss it. A good warning to those of you that want to buy before you look. This car was advertised as an "excellent body" and his pictures looked nice. The frame was rotted through and hanging. The quarters were there only in the basic shape with a little metal to hold them together. No floors or trunk floors. The hood was jammed and it took me a while to get it open, only to find that it had a 67 Grand Prix YC engine, not the original 360 HP.
Please be carefull and spend the time and money to check it out or just don't do it!
Thanks again Ron, Karl.

Karl
You had asked if I was going to keep the car black.
This sits on my desk at work.
I know it's a 66, but that was the only year I could find in my favorite color combo!
Life is GOOD!
