I have a 1970 posi out of a catalina and am thinking of putting it into my 66 bonneville. Is this a bolt in or are there changes that need to be made to make it work. Thanks!

The differential case will fit your carrier but may not fit your ring and pinion ratio.

I looked at some of my manuals and the Motors manual say's that you might have a C clip rear from 69-76. My Chiltons manual says that the rears are the same from 65-70. My advise to you would be to pull both and set them side by side and compare.
