Thanks, you ever wanna come off that '65 let me know

Now that I know an Astro Supreme will fit on these they are going to be my next choice when I build another 65 or 66. Those things with whitewalls are awesome.

My cragars are 15x7s. They are the old style unilug design. i know they have the 4 1/8" backspace. Man, you can get cragars or astros for like $700 with tires if you look around. I don't think smoothies look good on these cars at all. Smoothies look good on old hot rods, the 17" and up 144 spoke wires look best on square body cars like 60s Continentals and Chryslers. The B body Pontiacs looks unreal with some kind of 5 spoke. The 65 and 66 cars in my opinion are the most beautiful cars ever made, and those style wheels totally set them off.

Default Here's the Drivers side rear wheel

The rest look similar. They are not done yet and I have been talking to a powercoater. The lug nuts on this side of the car are righty-loosy, lefty-tighty. They have left handed threads.

if it's a mid 60's pontiac it need spokes of some type on it.

i personally favor the original torque thrusts, but i'm partial to as cast spokes instead of polished ones.

that blue 66 is a sharp car.

The only thing that blue 66 needs is some tint in the windows and its perfect.
